Sketch like an ARCHITECT KID!
Sketching like an architect is about using a specific medium (pen & paper most often) to convey an idea. It is usually all about a small part of the project, but often the most important part. The main idea BEHIND the project.
In this video I go through how other architects do sketches before presenting 5 tips of how I go about sketching. Then I move on to show this in action as I apply it on the multi residential project I'm currently working on.

New prospects!
I know it doesn’t make much sense to celebrate the fact of simply being “consulted” for a new project, but the reality is, I like celebrating this.
Specially considering that I’ve been consulted for several projects just this past week.
It’s always a great responsibility for me as I sit down to think what a fair price may be. I already have some experience with me which makes it easier to anticipate what kind of hick-ups I may find along the way, and anticipate accordingly.
Nevertheless, it is not something I take in lightly.
