Architecture through the lens of comfort, climate, and human experience.

Architecture began as protection from climate. Culture was expressed through the use of ornament.
Today, we have flipped the script. We design icons first and treat sustainability as the new ornament.
I believe comfort, climate, and design are inseparable.
This newsletter explores architecture from that perspective.
About
Pedro Augspach is an architect based in Belgium focused on sustainable architecture through the lens of comfort, climate, daylight, and human experience.
He studied architecture at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and completed a Master’s in Sustainable Environmental Design at the Architectural Association in London.
His work explores how buildings perform in heat, light, time, and space. Through essays, drawings, videos, and built work, he argues that sustainability should emerge from comfort rather than technology, systems, or certification.
