What if the WORST option is the ONLY choice?

Here I dive into the problems I encounter as an architect which I believe are mainly due to poor communication channels inherited by the status quo.

This leads sometimes, as in the case in this project, to developing an option which is simply not the best for all parties involved. And I mean, it’s not the client’s first choice, nor is it the council’s, nor is it the neighbor’s.

I believe that some out of the box thinking coupled with the new technologies and savvy use of social media could be a possible solution to this issue.

Bottom line is, this is no excuse to not develop a great project!

The storm before the calm!

It’s interesting when you start the execution phase of a renovation project, because things have to get significantly worse, before they can actually start looking beautiful.

After all, you can’t bake a cake without breaking a few eggs!

The hardest thing for me is to conceal my excitement as the house starts to be torn down because I see the beauty already in the process itself!
